We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”). In plain terms: we ask for your permission first, collect only what we need, tell you why, and let you change your mind at any time.

We use your data only for the purpose stated when you gave it. We do not collect sensitive personal data, and this website is not meant for children under 18. We do not sell your data.
3. Your consent
- We collect and use your data only after you tick “Agree and accept to the Privacy Policy” on the form.
- Giving consent is your choice. Without it we cannot answer your enquiry or send the newsletter.
- You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Email support@hindustaniq.com with the subject “Withdraw consent”. We will stop using your data for that purpose and delete it unless the law requires us to keep it. Withdrawal does not affect what we did before you withdrew.
4. Who sees your data
Our team sees your data to respond to you. We also use service providers that host this website, deliver email and store our records. They may use your data only to provide those services to us. We share your data with others only if the law requires it. Some providers may process data on servers outside India, which the DPDP Act permits except for countries the Government of India restricts.
This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page opens. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies.
5. How we protect your data
We limit access to people who need it, keep records in access-controlled systems and use encrypted connections. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
6. Your rights
- Access: ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Correction and completion: ask us to fix data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data when it is no longer needed for its purpose.
- Grievance redressal: raise a complaint about how we handle your data.
- Nomination: name another person to exercise these rights if you die or cannot act for yourself.
